We believe that a trip to the country doesn’t necessarily mean you have to “rough it.” Your comfort and contentment are our priority. Each of our well-appointed rooms pairs modern amenities with rustic charm, offering:

All guestrooms and cottages are smoke-free, child-friendly and pet-friendly. Please make prior arrangements for children and pets.

A savory, home-cooked breakfast is included with your room. Served each morning in the 1882 Segar Factory, our mouthwatering meals range from sliced roasted turkey breast with homemade peach chutney to good old fashion country scrabbled eggs.  A perfect start to your day of adventure or relaxation.

The inn’s professional, caring staff is at your service. If we may accommodate a need or special request, do not hesitate to ask.

The Gate House

An adorable two-story salt-box-designed house, original to the property. The downstairs room has two beds and a full private bathroom with a shower/tub. The upstairs room has a king-size bed.

The Farm House

We supply the sprawling front porch and plenty of rocking chairs—all you need now is a pitcher of lemonade, a paper fan and a wide-brimmed hat! This beautiful, traditional Texas farm house will take you back in time. With two separate guest rooms, the house is perfect for families or groups of friends.

The Red Room

Two double beds and a full private bathroom with a shower/tub.

The Main House

Built in 1885, the Main House is the largest residence on the property. It offers two individual guest suites—another ideal choice for a small groups; or you may request just one of the suites.

Located on the second floor, this suite has a king-size bed and two twin beds with a full private shower/tub bathroom.

Reservations & Cancellations

  
  • Rooms are priced per night, double occupancy. Additional guests are $45.00 per person.
  • Breakfast each morning of your stay is included.
  • Rates do not include 11% hotel occupancy tax.
  • Seasonal rates apply during the spring/fall Antique Fair and some holidays.
  • A two-night minimum is required for a weekend stay.
  • Sunday-Thursday available for single-night stays.
  • A deposit in the amount of the first night's stay or 50% of the entire stay is required to make the reservation.
  • Guests who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are still subject to the cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance due.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given after this time.
  • Payment by check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard are accepted.
  • Check-in is 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
  • Gift Certificates are not valid during Antique Weeks.
  • In consideration of all guests, prior arrangements must be made for children and pets.
