• A two-night minimum is required for a weekend stay
• Sunday-Thursday is available for a single night stay
• A deposit in the amount of the first night's stay or 50% of the entire stay Iis required to make the reservation.
• Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival
• No refunds will be given after this time.
  
• Guests who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are still subject to the cancellation policy
• and are responsible for the full balance due on their reservation
• Check-in is 3 p.m.- 6 p.m.  Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Payment by check, American Express, Visa, Master card are accepted
• Gift Certificates are not valid during the Antique Shows
• In consideration of all guests, prior arrangements must be made for children and pets
