Reservation Policy

  • 11% Hotel Occupancy Tax not included.
  • Weekend rates include a full savory breakfast served from 9:00-10:00 am Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast is not served Monday-Friday.
  • A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends.
  • All room rates are based on double occupancy. $50.00 plus tax will be added for each additional guest.
  • A deposit in the amount of the first night’s stay, or 50% of the entire stay, is required when making the reservation.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation date are non-refundable, but may be credited toward another available date within the following six months.
  • Check In is 3:00-6:00 pm. Check Out is 11:00 am.
  • Guests who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are still subject to the cancellation policy, and are responsible for the full balance of their reservation.
  • In consideration of our other guests, prior arrangements must be made for children and pets.
  • Different rates may apply for seasonal events and holidays.
